Dr Wayne Dyer was playing in my ear this morning, "you are what you think, so you better be mindful of what you think!"

Powerful message for me today.

As I ponder on past experiences I allowed my negative thoughts to run my life and I then allowed those types of experiences in to my experience. NO MORE. I only choose loving and positive thoughts towards myself and others, if I have something negative to say about anyone I will take it as a reflection of something I desire to change in myself. This desire comes from the place where I set an intention. The intention of desire. If I desire something from my experience and I rocket it out into the Universe in energetic or thought form I begin the process of manifestation. In this, I must identify the beliefs and thoughts that do not align with my desire and intention. So how do I do this?

I choose to think more loving thoughts and when I catch myself in a space of negativity, I shall stop and breathe through the emotion. Then choose, yes a choice, to think more thoughts that are aligned with my intention. Be like a child, play with your imagination just as we do with negative thinking. Bask in the glory of the fact that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE, and what you desire, no matter what it is, is possible. you just have to find a way to align with it.

Get rid of the shit and this includes emotion, people, situations and circumstances, if it doesn't feel good entirely, don't do it until you feel good entirely. This is your life. Your game. You get to create the rules.
