ABOUT
As a teenager I was taught to speak with spirit as a way of expressing myself. I was taught to communicate with my grandfather when I felt too uncomfortable to be open with my Mother. This practice over some years, allowed the connection between spirit and myself to be clearer and stronger. Leading to much life study and exploration of the gifts I have.
I create space for my clients to process what is current for them, so that they become more aligned with their true-self.
It is important to understand that the healing happens within the individual and that the "healer" is the facilitator of high vibrational energy. I am a firm believer in the knowing we are all our own greatest healers.
